The shared transfer service will be planned in such a way that the waiting time at the airport does not exceed 2 hours.
Participants who use the shared transfer must inform the congress secretariat of their travel information 1 week before the congress start date.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Congress registration fees include congress center and stand area entrance, lunches and tea/coffee breaks during the congress, congress bag, abstract book and participation certificate.
Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect changes in possible taxes, fees and duties to prices.

CANCELLATION TERMS

In case of cancellation of participation; if notified by November 1, 2024, the entire registration fee will be refunded.
If notified between November 2, 2024 and January 2, 2025, 50% of the registration and accommodation fee will be refunded.
No refund will be made for cancellations made after January 2, 2025, only name changes will be allowed. The last date for name changes is February 5, 2025.
For payments made by credit card, a deduction is applied as a transaction and service fee for refund requests within the specified dates. All refunds will be made after the end of the congress.
